If you're looking for cheerleaders wanting to tell you Ol Roy is a good dog food, don't walk into the door. If you want a relaxed atmosphere with knowledgeable management available for suggestions, then you just hit the jackpot. I started shopping here anout 12 years ago. Been going here for years and come twice a month to get 36.00 dog food. I live all way out North and drive to come here. Now I can't get anyone to help me carry out to my car or even greet me coming in. I think I will go to Turley's feed store instead. This is like 5th time this has happen.
I would say the service is lousy and does not exist except for Patrick....but since he is on vacation, I will say service in the fish department does not exist....today, I asked for help twice and waited and waited and waited...no one came to help. This happens too often in the 71st street store...I asked for help for a 3rd time at the front desk and got a a manager who acted like a jerk...very unprofessional.....I will not shop in SA stores again...too many options out there were you can be served and treated professionall ... read more
