The cashier was told as we stood in line to order not to take any more orders so they could catch up. This after we had waited 10 minutes in line already. Walked out. Will never go back.
Why they take the spicy nuggets off the menu??
Excellent customer service!! (Doug) in the drive thru was Awsome. Very friendly and polite. Need more employees like him.
It's a shame they didn't improve service when they remodeled. I have never been in there when they had more than one person at register. And THAT person cannot overlap...maybe after you take an order, you could push tray to the side & take another order. They always have about ten people behind the counter, but nobody but one taking orders. I doubt go often but drive bus & run in there maybe once month when in the area. I always leave angry & rushed.
Sadly, this store seems to have a BIG turnover in help. I honestly can't remember when we've ever received good service here. The dining area is always filthy. The staff is usually very rude. From now on, our family will drive the extra time and miles to eat at the Pekin store.
