stood in line for over 10mins then was never asked my order. slow service as always and the food is sub par.
Did not follow mask order with employee or customer. Store was in choas and order took awhile. Will not be visiting for awhile untill this is addressed. Very unprofessional.

I have noticed as a customer there is too many employees on their phones and too much chit chat going on. They might be faster if their managers took care of the play time
Ordered two 4 for 4 meals over the weekend cashier was pleasant took my 20 gave me my change and proceeded to deep fryer to fill my orders and reached down with those nasty clear plastic gloves and picked my chicken nuggets up with those nasty money collecting gloves that probably had not been changed since she signed on. Upper management needs to train these workers on food handling
We pulled up to drive they and wait for 10 minutes when the lady said “I’ll be with you in a minute.” They were out of chili & only had 1 potato left. We ordered a full salad & got 1 dressing pack, a half salad & got 2 dressing packs. We got the last potato & it was burnt and tasted burnt. The whole process took over 20. But we were stuck between cars & felt like we didn’t have a choice.
