Gross just came home can’t even eat it’s swimming
Three weeks ago I was shorted a large fry. I called and spoke with someone who said they didn’t take names for a list, but to tell them next time I came in. He said his name but I forgot and guessed the wrong name. The lady taking my order argued with me saying there was no one by that name, and no male managers. I was ordering $20 worth of food, a $2 order of fries was not a problem for me, it was the principle. Was traveling through Mena and stopped to eat here since we had to get fuel. Went into Wendy's to get our food for the road and was refused service since we did not have masks. The store did not have masks for customers nor other possible arrangements, other than drive-thru. That was not an option since I was towing a trailer. Was highly disappointed.
The Wendy's location in Milan, Tn need to clean the machine with the Natural Lemonade in it. There is mold floating in it and the Lemonade is spoiled!!!!
They are not enforcing social distancing or face masks at this location. The 2 people pictured were not wearing masks the entire time, and a 3rd person as well outside of the pic. 10/6/2020 4:30 PM.
