I have noticed as a customer there is too many employees on their phones and too much chit chat going on. They might be faster if their managers took care of the play time

Came thru drive thru last week. They were doing one car order at a time. From order to pay to food out the window. Went in tonight and they were rude, messed up our orders, my baconator fries were the scraps before they fired new fries (the girl admitted to this when questioned), were extremely slow, and not friendly when asked to fix the order. Took 30 min to get order. People that came in behind us had waited so long they were telling others to go to McDonalds. I wish we had. Now my stomach is upset and I'm hoping it's not... read more
went here to get my daughter food after her band competition today- saturday.- and after waiting for a couple minutes at the speaker in drive thru I was told that they close at 11. Facebook says 12..Google says 12...the sign on their door says open late..so if you plan on going here after 11 don't bother...they don't want to take the time to make anything but wow McDonald's was busy! they ACTUALLY make food for their customers up until their closing time of 12.
went thru drive thru and they got my order wrong so ha d to go in. took them almost 20 minutes to get me my food. they were not busy but the young girl making sandwiches was making them one at a time. when I finally received my food there was no Im sorry or anything. it was here's your food. I will not be back!!
just a bunch of angry old b1tches that have no knowledge of what customer service even means. if you hate your job this much do the world a favor and just quit.
Stood at register for about 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Girl up front was just wandering around. There were two trays sitting on the counter that hadn’t been filled yet. One had frosty’s that were melting. Cashier came back to those trays 3 times and never said a word. What makes it worse is the manager walked by us at least that many times and she never acknowledged us either! Food was good, that’s the only reason for 2 stars. They totally screwed up my order not to mention they didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't get it fixed I ordered a spicy chicken and got a regular chicken sandwich I was so disappointed.....
