I just drove in a snow storm to get 4 maple bacon chicken sandwiches with extra maple. I even asked at the end of the order if he got the extra maple. was told he did. I get home to eat with my family and these sandwiches are so dry it isn't funny. open them up and there is NO MAPLE AT ALL. a $5+ sandwich and I get a chicken sandwich with bacon. wow
20 minute wait inside!!! Not busy at all! 6 junior burgers. All cold! So cold none of the cheese was even warm enough to bend over the meat. Not sure what I was waiting on if all of the food was obviously done and sitting around long enough to cool down. The meat and the tomato were the same temperature...
Workers had no clue what was going on. One of them said they were short handed but, there were plenty workers to handle it if they had some direction. I used up my entire lunch break waiting for someone to take my order and that never happened, keep in mind I was number three in line. I understand being short handed occasionally but I’ve worked across the street from this Wendy’s for several years and I have yet to see any improvement in service. This was there last chance with me, I’m done with them.
RecommendedFreindly, courteous and helpful staff. And a very clean place to boot.
My big problem is the fact that they take your card for a long walk when paying. I prefer it to be in my sight at all times. Please fix this!!
Very good service and nice people.. people got to remember just because they have factory jobs or office jobs you are no better then people that do work fast food. So next time you go into a fast food place stop and think what IF I were behind this counter and someone spoke to you that way or judged you.. your no better the the person I front of u or beside u or behind u... amen God bless...
Went here on 3/12-was not offered the senior drink even though the person after me was and I think the gray hairs in my beard would have made the cashier, Helen, consider that-ordered a fish sandwich with cheese but was given it to me w/o cheese; the person in the kitchen offered to either make me a new sandwich or put cheese on the sandwich and since I had to get going I went with the latter which was a big mistake-then he and Helen had a debate over whether I had actually ordered cheese-sent an email to the owner but have ... read more
I work in the customer service industry and I know how hard first hand it can be but the wait time here is always way too long! 20 minutes to order today. Then 10 to get my food.
So I look on their website to see what time they are open and it says 10:00 a.m. so I get there at 10:10 a.m. and the doors are all locked if I had known that I would have gone somewhere else or waited a little bit longer what a joke ! Its 2018 let's get our website updated
