My order of fries I’m pretty sure they forgot to cook🤨🤨. How is this place still open?
stood in line for over 10mins then was never asked my order. slow service as always and the food is sub par.
I went thru the drive thru my receipt says 7:09 am my order total was $41.80 and once I paid I was asked to pull forward I paid for my meal asked if they would put $10 on the vehicles behind me and pulled forward then I sat there until 7:25 am after I watch 3 cars behind me recieved their food I got upset and tried to go inside to see if they forgot about me doors were locked so I drove back around to the drive thru speaker and said I was still waiting for my food then the lady walked out into the drive that long of a wait i... read more
Unfortunately the chances of getting the correct sandwich at this location has less odds than the lottery. Every time I decide to give this location another chance, I am disappointed to get back to work to find that the sandwich is not what was order. I order chicken so it’s hard to tell until you got until you are eating it (spicy/not spicy).
Awful experience, the drive-thru girl was talking way too fast and act like she didn't appreciate any customer that was driving up to the window at all and also gave me Nestle water, which I hate. She gave the food out and spoke way too fast again and then I went "Whatever" to her before she closed the window! Poor customer service, I hope they pay her $0.00, because that's how much she's going to receive from me in the future!
I understand that help is hard to come by... but.... with people just standing around.. there is no need for people to have a 10 minute wait inline to order..
been waiting in the drive through for almost 20 mins, never fails!!! need new management and maybe owners, if its gonna be like this all the time
