after trying to order with the cashier I was told I could only order through the kiosks after placing our orders and waiting 25 minutes our food was made incorrectly and had to be redone I forgot to add the three baked potatoes to the meal they said they did not get added to the receipt SAR offered to pay for them cashier told me not to worry about it and asked me what I wanted in the potatoes he made them and said not to worry about him then said he was going to have to charge me for a junior fry then decided that I should ... read more
You order through a computer not a person. it was very impersonal
Horrible experience using the new kiosks. Staff not educated on how to use them rude shift manager fussing at employees openly. Multiple orders including my own still wrong. Kiosks do not allow you to customize your order for up charges... sigh... if this is the future of Wendy’s dining y’all may want to rethink the process.
This place is one of the worst fast (SLOW) food restaurants I have ever been to. If it were not for Sonic on Mercury, they WOULD be the worst. And now they have the audacity to offer kiosk ordering only inside? Terrible. So, now the people don't go in, making the drive-thru line even longer AND slower. I waited 13 minutes in drive-thru WITHOUT placing an order. Go inside; place the order at the kiosk; and wait ANOTHER 12 minutes. Please help me understand what the issues are.
Just sat behind the rudest customer in the drive through. They chucked old drinks out of the window, honked at the window multiple times, damn near through their drinks back in the window and screamed at the employees....and after all of that they held their composure and kept smiling for the next customer and even fixed my order without me asking. I really hope that isn't an example of their normal customer base but shout out to the employees for shrugging it off.
I had a good experience with the cashiers and cooks they offered me fresh hot fries due to mine sitting so long but the management sucks they were very rude and disrespectful to a man seeking employment and I have never seen such filth, and unprofessionalism like I wonder did they realize they just work at Wendy's it's a job and that is fine and dandy but you are not at a job where you should act so high class but rude like you were the mayor... work on your customer service skills
