Visit on 1/5/2018, 2:30 pm, staff ignored myself and ANOTHER customer at counter. Their customer service attitude is horrible. If any franchise needs a re-hab or closure it's this one. I will show patronage to the local fast food facilities that provide customer service. This location IS NOT ONE of them.
My son fell 3 times because they are too damn lazy to mop the wet floor. They said the drink machine is out and leaking. HERE'S A THOUGHT, FIX YOUR BROKEN EQUIPMENT!!!!
Order was wrong. No receipt. Bad attitudes from the girl taking the order and not a word from the guy that handed the wrong food out. Will not be back until something changes. Willing to edit this review after a manager contacts me. Some awful bad attitudes working up there 2:25 PM Tues. 9/6/16
First of all I am standing in line for 5plus minutes as they attempt to fill orders. A second register is finally opened by a white guy after a line forms to my right filled with older white couples. Could it be? I am then only offered help when I ask? Get outta here. I am leaving Milan after a wonderful visit and it is disrespectful to have this taste in my mouth behind such HORRIBLE SERVICE.
