I couldn't understand the cashier who took my husband and my order. She may have been new, and was definitely untrained. Our order was totally wrong. She was slow as a snail. She turned the cups upside down on the countertop, and didn't hand us our cups until asked twice for them, we had to ask again for our Frostys, she didn't give us crackers for the chili, and I could go on. Our wait was twice as long as usual. But the food was okay once we got it. Just wasn't a pleasant experience.
Craving chili on this cold night and it is awful! Ate an entire bowl and nothing but liquid. No meat, no beans...just tomato. Obviously somebody left something out! They were also very unorganized!!!
hell no worst food I've ever gotten from a fast food place was Milan Tn Wendy's no pride in their work obviously burnt bun stale chicken slimy lettuce and tomato that wasnt even close to ripe just despicable
We went through the drive through because my 4 kids wanted Wendy's kids meals. What a disappointment! Nothing was right, not even the drinks. No toys in any of the kids meals, which was the main reason my kids wanted to eat there. Which we didn't Know this until we were down the road and I didn't have time to go back so I dealt with very upset kids. As I was paying she put my credit card down and forgot to give it back to me, I had to ask for it back before I left. Awful experience, will not be back!

I have gotten food here for the last 3 times and my burgers are never never never done.
Food is good but not the place if you in a hurry. I go nightly, if its more than 2 cars in drive thru be prepared for atleast a 20 min wait
The customer service was terrible. Lynn was preparing the orders dropped an order of French fries on the counter and then asked if the customers wanted them. It took twenty minutes after we placed our order to get our food. One employee pushed the trash down with his hands and did not wash his hands until asked to do so by another customer. We will not be back.
