We were from another state and decided to move to the Augusta area. Wendy went out of her way to meet with us when we were able to come into town and help us look at houses based on what we wanted. She helped us pick out a great neighborhood and the right house for us. She was especially helpful with negotiating the details with the sellers agent and being available for inspections and things we could not handle from out of town.
Wendy was so helpful from start to finish and helped us as first time homebuyers through every step. She and her team connected us a fabulous group of professionals to aid us through every point of the pre-inspection, closing, and post-purchase adventure. We really appreciated the time and energy she put into helping us find the perfect place!
