Wendy helped us find our house and after seeing bunches of houses with her we were ready to give up! Finally this one came up! We were able to see it the next day and Wendy advised us on how much to offer above the asking price and was able to negotiate it back down to the asking price in the end. Even recommended a contractor to be able to paint the inside at a reasonable price and timely fashion so we could actually move into the house! She was patient, personable and persistent!
