What can I say about Wendy Pietz, and her staff. They are wonderful and caring people. Her and her employees make you feel comfortable and safe. She makes sure that you’re alright during a simple procedure. Always great smiling faces when you walk into their office. I would recommend them. I couldn’t ask for a better place to get wisdom teeth done.
I am terrified of the dentist from previous due too experiences. She made the process of having some bad teeth extracted about as good as can possibly be expected.
I am terrified of the dentist from previous due too experiences. She made the process of having some bad teeth extracted about as good as can possibly be expected.
Dr. Pietz removed my wisdom teeth 6 months ago, and you would be hard-pressed to find a better oral surgeon. I needed the surgery urgently due to a gum infection, and she fit me in within a week of first contacting her, including a pre-operative assessment visit. Answered all my questions, and had great rapport with me. Her staff is kind and helpful. Pain was manageable with local anesthetic only; I barely needed the pain meds she rx'd for recovery. 6 months later, my mouth is in great shape.
Hate going to the dentist! But Wendy and her staff will make sure your comfortable and pain free!
Dr. Pietz took the time to explain all the different options with me prior to making any decisions. She is truly an advocate for the patient, making sure that any procedures will be a success and the patient will be happy with the end result. She allowed plenty of time for patient questions and is a wealth of knowledge. She really made me feel good about my decision. Thank you Dr. Pietz!

DENTIST DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE HAD TOLD PATIENT. SHE DID NOT KNOW IF SHE SCHEDULED A FOLLOWUP APPOINTMENT. COULD NOT GET INFORMATION WITHOUT SEEING HER. BILING CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY IMPERSONAL AND NOT HELPFULL AT ALL. VERY MINIMAL CARE AFTER PROCEDURE TO SOLVE DRY SOCKET. WILL NOT GO BACK TO HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
