Dr Buchi is one of the most caring physicians I have encountered. I am fortunate to have Dr Buchi helping with my health concerns.
The receptionist is the face of the company for all new patients. I just called and the woman who answered was completely unprofessional with so much attitude. I hung up. Apparently business is too good to exercise customer service skills.
The doctor is “old school” who is not only knowledgeable but takes time to talk and listen, and treats a patient with respect
