We called Wendy to ask her about selling her house. She promptly responded and made an appointment to see us and the house. She arrived fully prepared with a personalized book explaining Compass's services, as well as all the necessary historical data for our house, as well as comps. She had really done her homework! I very much enjoyed working with Wendy Lord who did a wonderful "job" selling an apartment I inherited from my mom. She was knowledgeable about pricing, getting the place ready and helping me through the sale. She was available to me whenever I had a question and did a great job.
