This summer, Wendy and her fantastic team, helped me sell my parent's home they had lived in for 50+ years. We called Wendy to ask her about selling her house. She promptly responded and made an appointment to see us and the house. She arrived fully prepared with a personalized book explaining Compass's services, as well as all the necessary historical data for our house, as well as comps. She had really done her homework!
