Wendy and her partner, Bob are excellent realtor's. They met with us and discussed the pro's and con's of our house and property, possible asking price, and time frame. There was an unusual aspect to our yard requiring ARC approval. Wendy ensured that we had copies of the approval to present to other realtors and prospective buyers.
