Dr Grossman has been caring for our family for over 20 years now. She is patient, thorough, explains things very well, and delivers excellent care in every way. Yes, she has a regular, non-fancy office but she also offers reasonable rates, flexibility for making/changing appointments, and a genuine concern for patients' health. I look forward to my appoinments and recommend her highly.
Dr Grossman is very compassionate, friendly, professional and reasonable. I can't imagine what these crackpots who are leaving these terrible reviews are talking about. Try her out you will not be sorry. She has been my family podiatrist for the last 6 years. I trust her with my life.
I was scolded over following the family doctor's advice for caring for an infection. And she proceeded to perform the necessary, but painful, procedure with no numbing of any kind! And there was absolutely no bedside manner once she started performing the procedure. The counter space in the exam room was cluttered with stuff that mostly didn't need to be there. Most of her other patients appears to be geriatrics who were getting their nails trimmed. We will never go back!
