Wendy was incredible to work with to help my husband and I find our first home! Wendy came recommended from a friend, and we were so glad we chose her as our realtor! She has incredible attention to detail and was able to get us tours of homes that we had found ourselves. Being first-time buyers, we had so many questions and she was responsive at all hours of the day. She is very personable and took the time to get to know us and our needs. We HIGHLY recommend Wendy!

For the third time, we were in such good hands with Wendy Kolbus and her team! Wendy's expertise, thoughtful attention to detail, generosity of time, listening skills and caring spirit led us to find the absolute perfect home and have an enjoyable experience in doing so! We'd give her more than five stars if possible and can't recommend her highly enough!

We feel Wendy is a very knowledgable and competent realtor. She was so patient and thoughtful with us. It was a long process for us to make a decision and buy our home and she was there every step of the way. Her attention to detail and the communication from her and her team were so helpful through the whole process. Would absolutely recommend her to friends and family!
