We were going to put an offer on a lakehome today on a home that became available yesterday morning. We went to our realtors office to sign our offer paperwork and the sellers agent (Wendy) disclosed just this afternoon (over a day after the house was first on the market and several showings had already occurred since) that there is an easement on the property for 12 households across the street to access the lake not more than 10 feet away from the house.
