PEOPLE LOOK AT THE GOOGLE REVIEWS TOO! 2.5 STARS. Complaints should be made to Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. I was charged a LOT for "correspondence" but cant get anyone to get back with me! This robert dude was supposed to get transcripts for us but never did. We signed a poa back to 2007 and he didnt get them and we paid a LOT to them but when i went and asked for them he said, "I did not know about that," and then, "Oh, ya, now I remember. Wendy and her team have been doing my taxes for several years. Happy with her services is an understatement. She blocks out all distractions when you meet with her. She is always asking questions, getting to know you better. Her questioning uncovered a huge deduction and proved to be a great benefit for my family. I have not always been happy with the outcome (paying some years), but I leave knowing that she has explored every possible avenue to return money to the person who earn it.
