FYI, the proper place to submit a complaint of any sort about a CPA in Texas is the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. You can email them a quick complaint note and it can be anything, from a bad experience in general due to lack of competency or manners, all the way to fraud reports. they answer the phone right away (512)305-7851
