I had went to this doctor office for several years. Dr. Cruz is totally unaware how she treats her patients after she finds out something she doesn't agree with. She likely doesn't even remember or care how she makes people feel. She isn't "blunt" she is rude and judgey and I'm sure has lost many patients to her gross behavior. Thanks Katie and Dr. Counts for making those years not as bad and actually listening to your patients judgment and biased free.
I went to Dr. Cruz because my doctor retired. She has little bedside and isn't great about communicating what is going on. I was supposed to get surgery and I had to ask her questions to get any info and she seemed annoyed by it. Their office was horrible slow about getting me pre-approved and I had to call every week to follow up and still, 4 days before my surgery they still hadn't done it. I finally told them I was going to cancel if they didn't deal with the pre-approval.... surprise... they were able to get it done with... read more
Dr. Cruz is an exceptionally skilled OB and surgeon. I have a somewhat complicated reproductive history and she has managed my issues expertly. I needed an urgent hysterectomy recently and had an amazing experience with her minimally invasive surgery. She also delivered my youngest baby and it was the best experience. Highly recommend.
I had surgery with Dr Cruz three months ago, the entire process went incredibly smoothly. The office was organized, helpful, and timely. My procedure went exactly as planned and the recovery was much easier than expected.
Absolute worst experience. I told her something very private, which although was not the best decision on my part, that gave her no reason to then treat and talk negatively about me to her coworker, specifically the woman who checks out, who was also very very rude. If I could give her no stars I would.
