I gave Wendwood Apartments a 3 star, and honestly the 3 star is for the inside of my 3 bedroom where it is peaceful. Now lets get to the outside where the police are at this very moment picking up gun shells because of a shooting the 3rd time this month. I just moved in not even 2 months, too much. I NEED WENDWOOD TO GET SOME CAMERAS OUT HERE AND SOME RENT A COPS FAST BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT. ON to the residence, these parents allow their kids to treat our neighborhood like a trash can. Hello I spend 12 months here living in this apartments complex was my worst experience in my whole life management is sucks and office staff is disgusting and water bills are really high my sink was blocked for the all 12 months and emergency maintenance is not reachable at any moment not recommending for any new residents to come and experience wicked conditions in here
I have lived here for a little over 4 years. I use to love it, now ever since new management has taken over its gone downhill. First residence were notified January 4 2022 that rent increased by adding our water bill to our rent which means every month rent would be different. They claim they made this change right before Christmas however your residence were not notified till January 4th and no extension was given. They lied about when this change took into effect. In May I would be here going on 6 years here, And I am trying my best to run as far from this place as possible, ever since the new company took over This place has gone downhill, they cannot keep maintenance people, or people in the office, the property manager is unemphatic, passive aggressive and can be rude at times It's a hit or miss with her.
