I have lived here for a little over 4 years. I use to love it, now ever since new management has taken over its gone downhill. First residence were notified January 4 2022 that rent increased by adding our water bill to our rent which means every month rent would be different. They claim they made this change right before Christmas however your residence were not notified till January 4th and no extension was given. They lied about when this change took into effect. In May I would be here going on 6 years here, And I am trying my best to run as far from this place as possible, ever since the new company took over This place has gone downhill, they cannot keep maintenance people, or people in the office, the property manager is unemphatic, passive aggressive and can be rude at times It's a hit or miss with her. Wear a bulletproof vest and dont go out after dark, especially if you are female. I came when it was Abbitt. Lovely affordable apartment. SL Nusbaum took over and it has been increase after increase after increase. Don't come here, they charge approx $90s for water and sewage now. I am single and out at work and my water bill is ridiculous. Not to mention they will bump your rent every year and up to $200. They do not care about the residents, it's all about the money. The apartment is not bad. Where I am located it's nice and quiet. However, the neighbors can't pick up after their dogs. It's one thing to have a dog pooping the grass but now dog pooping all on the sideway. People can't walk on the sidewalk without worrying about stepping dog poop. People cant unload their groceries without worrying about stepping in dog poop. I asked for them to send out a letter last year but never saw one. It's unsafe, nasty and inconsiderate.
