Got my first car and it was a smooth process thanks to the professionalism at Baker Nissan. I was helped by Clint and would definitely recommend to others. I was in the dealership for about an hour total and had the Lexus I wanted in my hands.

I'm leaving this review in the hope that it helps improve their service and professionalism when dealing with customers. Deon asked for a suitable time and scheduled an appointment, which suggested a commitment to customer care. However, if the car was sold a day before the appointment, there should have been communication informing me of that change. Please place greater value on customer’s time and effort. Demetrius and the staff were excellent, great follow up and support. Waiting for the finance finalization was way too long. Once finally in the finance office Brian was terrific offered each item described them thoroughly and no pressure.

Everyone played there part and I appreciate everyone and they had the car I was looking for.
I scheduled an appointment to view a specific truck at this dealership, driving 30 minutes to get there. The morning of my visit, the listing had disappeared from their website — which I later discovered was because the truck had already sold the day before. Rather than contacting me to cancel the appointment, the dealership allowed me to make the trip regardless. My contact started with texting Courtney who was awesome, she was responsive and polite despite me asking one million questions. When we arrived at the dealership we had the good fortune of working with Diego. He was amazing right from the start. Honestly I can not say enough great things about him, he is super friendly, personable, and really makes you feel like he is truly happen to assist you. They Called and text me to set up an appointment then sold the car out from underneath me before I got off work. Will never think about dealing with them again
