Excellent realtor to work with! We met Wendi at an open house where she was a list agent. She gave us all the details about the place, even some known issues. We think we can trust her, and we asked her to be our buy agent. It worked very well all the way to the closing. Two months after the closing Wendi contacted us. We told her a couple problems we had. Wendi did the research for the contractor who did remodeling work and gave us the contract info. Because of the warranty, the contractor came in and fixed the problems.
Wendi was incredibly helpful with cleaning out and cleaning up the house our mom lived in for over 28 years. She helped us find an estate sale specialist and then arranged for all the modest renovations needed to bring it to market. The Stager she contracted with made the house look great. She was easy to work with. She did everything for us that we asked. She priced the house just right so that it sold in under 2 weeks.
Its a pleasure working with you! Your knowledge of the real estate market is second to none. Hardworking, ethical, experienced, and is an excellent communicator. Makes a challenging process very straightforward.
