I just closed a deal where Wendi represented the seller and I handled the buyer’s financing. She was responsive, fair, and solutions-oriented the whole way. Clear communication and fast acting. We closed as fast as we did in part because she did her job at a high level. I’d be happy to see her representing a seller on another purchase soon.
