Attempted to rent a home from this company and they failed the process horribly. A surprise move-in walk-through announced on Friday @ 1503 and move in was to be the following Monday. Time was requested with the agent and then agent wasn't available all day. Tenant was denied access. Also, the home was not ready upon signed lease date and no specific dated given it would be ready post repairs. There was supposed to be an urgent amendment sent over the email and nothing was sent. I rented a property managed by Carter Realty for two years. They were once of the best management companies I've had the pleasure of renting with. Mike is super responsive and helpful with any issues that arise. Any maintenance request I made was addressed immediately. If I didn't move for a new job, I would have happily continued to rent from them.
I recommend people to buy a house from this company.
