RecommendedWendel’s jewelers has such a beautiful inventory! Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. We found a Finder’s keepers jewelry box during small business Saturday in downtown Lancaster. Perfect timing for my daughters 15th birthday in just two days! She got the pearl strand necklace she’s always wanted❤️ What a great thing to do for the community! We had a lot of fun on our treasure hunt this morning! Thank you Wendel’s!!

This is the jeweler that you feel like you've known forever. The old school kindness and personal touch that you would expect from the 1940s is a refreshing change in the modern day of online shopping and faceless purchases? These are good genuine people that take customer service personally. I won't shop anywhere else for my jewellery purchases. You won't regret doing the same.

Love, love, love my custom made ring. The staff is amazing. The location is easily accessible. Friendly atmosphere with a no pressure buying experience. Thank you for creating a ring that brings the past to present while finding a why to honor my Celtic heritage.

My husband and I decided to take his mom’s wedding set and make it a band under my own wedding set and have it put in white gold for our 25th anniversary. We are beyond excited how it turned out!!What’s extra special is the staff, how excited they were that first day giving them our vision. Stephanie was just awesome to work with during the process. I doubt that I will ever go to another jewelry store. Their new location downtown is beautiful and we highly recommend them!
Wendel’s is the only place I will go for my jeweler needs. Their staff makes you feel so valued & goes above & beyond expectations. I’m so happy they were there to help my husband in the engagement ring process & have been there for us through all the other important life events. Can’t speak highly enough about this deep rooted community loving business!
If you want to be looked down upon for not looking a certain way when you walk into the store and get a sourpuss treatment by a pompous a**, then by all means, go for it. I, however, was not enthusiastic about our welcome, nor our shrugged-of-the-shoulder attitude because I came into his store looking to sell a piece of jewelry, not to purchase.
