I reported this office to the chiropractic board due to not releasing my own medical records to me. Never in my life have I witnessed such hostility from a providers office. The lady at the front has zero empathy or basic customer service skills. This office if not equipped to handle to volume of patients EDD refers to them. EDD even stated "they have not responded to our phone calls can you get a copy of the report for us" and the office will NOT release YOUR OWN medical record to you!
