Very happy with Wendell motors collision center, the staff at Wendell are very kind respectful and professional. They work seamlessly with my insurance company taking care of all the fuss worry and bother. I'm very picky regarding my vehicle and keep it clean and shiny. The body shop manager and coordinator returned my vehicle in a timely manner clean and everything returned back in its original place. I would highly recommend Wendell.
I have had a very good experience at WM collision centre, my 2015 Grand Cherokee was rear ended on 401 and needed repairs on the rear bumper, and the after market hitch as well as assessment and straightening of the rear excel. Though it took longer than expected, the end result exceeded my expectations, They replaced the old hitch that hung below the bumper and looked ugly, with an in-bumper one like you'd see in the high end Summit model. I had a much better experience with Wendell’s collision centre in the past (2018/2021) Since that time I noticed different staff and management. The overall quality of the body work seems decent, but we will see I suppose. I attribute to my overall dis-satisfaction to poor customer service. In a nutshell, I was given a specific time stating my vehicle would be ready and Wendell failed to deliver. My vehicle on arrival was offsite still having work completed. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Went in person for an assessment and while in person they were fantastic. They told me I would get a quote within a couple days. A couple days go by and nothing. I call a week later, they promise it that day. Nothing. Five phone calls and a month later and they finally send me a quote. While asking questions on the phone they hang up on me. I call again. They send me one quote and not the other. I confirm pricing on the phone and it is twice as much as their ballpark. ... read more
