Kitchener Chrysler gives the best customer service of any dealership I have been to myself or with others! I was treated like I was part of the dealership family. Had everything explained in detail. Josh Williams is the sales person to see. He went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for me. Brittany in finance was a delight to deal with. Justin and Alex were professional with a great sense of humour. If you are in the market for a new vehicle go directly to Kitchener Chrysler for a cut above service!
I would avoid this place. We have had hit and miss services from them. Since we last stopped going, they call me 2 times a week and I called them at least 10 times to have us removed from the auto dialer. Unfortunately still getting calls constantly frustrating. Hence next new vehicle wont be from them nor any service work.
I bought two vehicles here we needed 2 reliable fuel efficient cars. Joshua our sales representative was kind understanding and very empathetic with our situation. He was very knowledgeable about the best vehicles that would fit my wife and I new lifestyle.
