When I went to the Kitchener Chrysler to purchase my first vehicle, Kaleb was the first person who greeted me and helped the entire process go smoothly. Then after purchasing the vehicle a few days later I came back to them with an issue and they fixed it free of charge. A great place to go to get your first vehicle.
I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and leadership at this dealership. After experiencing ongoing issues with the service of my vehicle, I attempted to escalate my concerns to Justin the General Manager. Unfortunately, I found him to be dismissive and unwilling to take ownership of the situation. Instead of working toward a reasonable resolution, I felt that my concerns were minimized and ignored. Thank you to Kaleb and everyone else that had a hand in helping me with the purchase of my new truck. It was a great experience and very open. It was an easy decision after bringing in my old one. I would like to express huge thank you to this team for going ahead AND SOLVE “case” old at least 5 years with our Jeep Wrangler Sahara. We started have a problem with oxidation all over the Jeep and even this was brought to Wendell’s team when still under the warranty they did nothing. I purchased my brand new Jeep from the former Wendell Motors a few years ago, and it was the best dealership experience I had ever had. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about their customers. I referred friends, family, and anyone I knew who was looking for a vehicle because I had so much confidence in the dealership.
