After one cataract surgery there was some miscommunication between the follow up doc and the surgery staff, keeping me from scheduling the second. After I tried hard to straighten it out Dr. Scott decided to see me personally to get what he needed to schedule the next surgery before my original evaluation had expired. It blew my mind that I wasn’t sent back through the regular channels (time I don’t have). He is a gentle, caring surgeon and it is rare to receive this level of care. Very personable office all the way round.
