I would have given zero stars if that had been an option. If your looking for a seller and a realtor to con you into buying a "home" that is in an unlivable condition (according to US Health and Safety standards) this is your company. This was not an "As-Is" property that I purchased! There was FLAT OUT FRAUD and LIES on the seller disclosure form. Employees are nice, but do not go by their recommendations. I used an inspector they had recommended and got SCREWED. The inspector didn’t catch that my utility pole was ROTTEN at the bottom nor did he catch that my breaker box was FRIED putting my kids and me at risk. $3500 later in repairs that could’ve been avoided!!
