They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

See a different dentist. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They did not make much effort to actually get my teeth clean. They were also frequently rather unkind to my son.

After visiting at least ten dentists over the years and even switching to another provider a few years ago, I have to say that I will never go anywhere else. There is a culture within every business that you can certainly feel at this place. Its that they really seem to care about the quality of their work and the comfort of the patient. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They could have done a much better job cleaning their dental equipment. It wasn't too filthy but it wasn't very clean either. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care ... read more
