We loved our time at Wendego. The hosts were incredibly helpful and super friendly. The level of care was so outstanding, as an example, one of the kids in our group was celebrating his birthday and Melanie baked cupcakes for the group to celebrate. You'll never get this anywhere else.
Our stay at Wendego Lodge was wonderful! It is one of the most beautiful places for a peaceful weekend getaway. Melanie, the host, is incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more special. The lodge offers stunning views of Tranquille Lake, creating the perfect setting to relax and unwind. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet escape in nature.
I've been fortunate to have stayed at Wendego Lodge a handful of times over the past couple of years. What a place! The sunsets, the loons, the peace & quiet... it's magical! Every trip there locks in more amazing core memories - both of my step kids have caught their first fish there, and experienced proper Canadian nature at it's finest. A wonderful place, run by wonderful people who go above and beyond to curate a unique experience. The owners generously share their knowledge, favourite spots, and enthusiasm for the lake and land. It’s the sort of experience you usually only get when visiting friends who know an area inside out, and it makes an already breathtaking location feel truly special. They give you a connection to and experience of BC that money can’t buy! Go there! Enjoy!
These people recently bought the lodge and are actively chasing livestock in the area because they're to lazy to fence their property. Boycott this place
