They are very knowledgeable people. Friendly, skilled, and patient with someone baffled by technology. Good communication with very honest explanations as to what they can and cannot realistically do. They also explained fees and choices, which I appreciated. Repairing my ancient laptop would have been expensive so they suggested alternatives. Terrific people.
