Wencl installed a multi-zone system in one of our commercial spaces, and it's never worked correctly-- cooling and heating at random times. What's more, they haven't stood by the work, charging each time they've had to come out and fix what was never right in the first place. This last time they wanted a $500 deposit before they'd even come out. Stand by your work!
It cost more than thousands of dollars but still couldn't solve the problem even though my device was still under warranty. Called but no one picked up, left voice mail but no one called back
