We continue our mission by taking care of displaced pets, rescuing injured and lost animals, continuing our spay/neuter program, investigating cruelties and finding homes for the orphaned animals.

I have been in the animal care field my entire life. I was THE dog boy in every class growing up. I married an animal lover, and she worked here at WVHS for over a year. She loved every minute of every day at work, and thought she would retire here. As hard as it is, God has taken our family on a another path. I attended a Pet Smart adoption in WA STATE, met my newest family member, Dr. Who. We were interested in adopting one more, and meeting RESCUE groups and volunteers so we could begin FOSTERING. We are long time dog cat, animal LOVERS, who wanted to do more.I met Jan and her son Clint and a few ladies with this HUMANE society! We have adopted 3 precious dogs from the humane society and each one has been a great addition to our family. We are honored that we have the opportunity to love our four legged children -- love with paws.
