We've adopted from there several times and always gotten wonderful loyal animals. The staff are wonderful
We want to thank the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society! I had been looking for a new family member (DOG) since we had lost one of ours. I was having no luck in finding one and then I saw Spunky. I called and they were most helpful. We had to drive 3 1/2 hours and we could put her on hold, they wanted to make the process as easy as possible for us. We were excited! When we got there, they had a beautiful, clean and impressive facility. The staff is wonderful, helpful and cheerful. The kennels all clean and they had wonderful me... read more

WVHS is the best shelter I have ever been to. They do an awesome job at finding forever homes for all the animals. Its super clean, great staff, friendy and knowledgeable.
This shelter gives dog/cats ect... A second life and hope better to be in a cage getting food and walk then ,,,out in this cruel world starving ...hands down best shelter ❤ Have adopted dogs in the past best well behave animals(:
My family adopted a cat from the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society nearly a year ago and are so happy we did. Their accurate knowledge of her personality and demeanor made the transition of adopting her very easy. Iris is content (and owns my husband's love an affection like no other!). Please keep up what you're doing. We are so grateful to have you in our valley!
I've adopted my previous cat and my present cat from our shelter here in Wenatchee. Also other cats and dogs through the years. I don't like the idea of an animal in a cage for days, weeks, months, etc. They ALL need loving homes of their own. And their love is unconditional. Next time, visit a shelter. You won't be sorry.
We found the people amazing! They all clearly loved the animals and were very involved with each one. The facilities were clean and well cared for, even in the middle of construction! The two dogs we adopted are happy and healthy, and I loved that since they'd come from the same home they were kept in the same enclosure. They needed each other, and the staff had empathy for that. We couldn't have had a better experience, or ended up with better dogs! Highly recommend!
