I was also unaware of this secret cancellation policy and I missed my appointment by a day. I am a new patient and just got the new patient paper work the same day as my appointment. Never received a reminder message about my appointment the day before. The lady at the desk would not reschedule a new appointment without me first paying the $50.00 fee. I had an Appointment & was Never told about the Cancellation Policy. My Appt. Was on a Wed. @4:00pm & I called on Tue. (Day before) @4:30pm & Spoke to Janell. She told Me their Policy is unless a Person Calls to Re-Schedule 24hrs in Advance, they are Charged a $50 fee to Re-Schedule. I explained to Janelle that I was NOT told this & that I was a 1/2 hr over 24 hr. Period!!! She had to Ask Dr. Wagner who told her No that I would have to Pay $50 fee. Needless to say, I was Shocked.
