From the first day we did a site visit of the space, we were impressed with the quality of the facilitiy. Because of the building quality, We had very few maintenance issues and those were handled quickly and professionally. We were lease holders for over 10 years and would have continued if not for covid - 19 related business issues. Kurt & Paul were very responsive to our leasing concerns and assisted us well. We would not hesitate to recommend Welton.
