Kevin did some tricky work on my home. He was polite and efficient and more importantly his work was of a high quality. He was knowledgeable in the different areas of repairs he worked on and that which I asked him regarding future projects. I will use him again!
I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an estimate today at 11:30. No one appeared. I called at 11:45 and had to leave a message. By then, I was already frustrated. Kevin did call back but said he couldn't be at my home for a considerable period of time and couldn't I just "hang out" and wait? um NO...not professional enough for me. I have a job and my time is valuable too. Won't be rescheduling.
