Since my rep left, haven't been able to get in contact with new rep. I am trying to insure another car and every time I call they send me to her voicemail. I have emailed her and left a couple of messages and no response. I understand it might be busy but not even a response to an email is horrible. I will even take a 1 liner saying she is busy.
