Sam is the new property manager, and very good with communication and scheduling maintenance as needed, and Jean is a great hire as well, very nice and prompt, and does a great job. He came after hours after our toilet clogged late at night on a Friday, and it was very late. I appreciate both of them for their professionalism and communication.

Nice apartment, good security, pretty good communication from management.
This place used to be $515 a month and even then it was still a rip off. It’s 1250 a month and not much has changed since 2006. I went in for a tour and there’s virtually no difference. The top floor it’s like 90° in the summer 40° in the winter. The houses in the area are cheaper to buy.
