They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.

No, I had to call them myself Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this OBGYN use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
