Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? Yes, they were fairly prompt

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.This provider was always available for urgent situations as well as appointment scheduling.she was a wonderful listener and a wealth of knowledge and compassion. I would highly recommend her. Having children herself made her advice with life's stresses all the more valid.
