I used their services the first time 11/17/2011. I had lost husband barely 2 months prior. My Chimney chase cover had rusted and was leaving a rust stain down my chimney siding. I couldn't "not see it." They came gave me a nonpressured estimate. A few days later they removed the old galvanized steel chase with a nice stainless steel one (with a longer lip). Welsch Chimney Service have been cleaning my two fireplaces for years. Karl, my serviceman, is always prompt, polite, neat, and very pleasant to deal with. I would and have recommended them to others.
They were courteous and punctual and did a fantastic job, the cleanup was excellent too! I highly recommend them
