We had a positive experience when we visited the Henderson clinic two years in a row pre-pandemic. When I called to schedule new appointments, the person answering the phone at 10.20am on 6.13.2022 was extremely rude. She was telling me she would be giving me information in exactly the order she chose - may have confused her job with that of a school mistress. Your rudeness cost 2 customers to Welltrac. Well done! Hope your supervisors are happy!
