Horrible, HORRIBLE provider that I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to for what they have put my parents through. Their response times from both the surgeon and his office are atrocious and have no excuses that they can make that would make this ok. My dad had a biopsy 3 weeks ago and the results posted to his MyChart on May 14th showing a confirmation of CANCER. In the original consultation and surgery day, the doctor claimed he would call them as soon as he got the results. My mom called 3 times over the last 2 weeks leaving ... read more
Worst experience ever!!! I had a procedure done at the beginning of April and after the procedure was finished the doctor gave me no post care instructions didn't tell me how I need to.Take care of my wound. None of the nurses gave me any postcare instructions. They also refused to answer my phone call...Every time I try to call the urology office. Nobody ever picks up the phone.
